Job Summary

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and community forums.
- Ability to create engaging content and foster meaningful conversations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle online conflicts diplomatically.
- Experience with community management tools and analytics.
- A passion for empowering women in the workforce and understanding their unique challenges.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in online community management, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Experience in working remotely and managing virtual teams is a plus.
- Prior experience in supporting women-centric communities or initiatives is advantageous.
Working Hours
