Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to our passengers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

- Process transactions, including flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives.
- Uphold Southwest Airlines core values and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong focus on client interaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
- Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Familiarity with airline reservation systems is a plus but not required.
Working Hours
- Positions may require flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer needs.
- Remote work allows for a flexible schedule, subject to team requirements.
