Your primary role will be to assist gaming customers over the phone, handle queries, promote game-related services, and ensure an exceptional user experience—all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to users of mobile and PC games to provide information or support.

Guide players through game setup, account-related queries, or subscription details.

Promote in-game purchases or offers tactfully and professionally.

Handle basic technical support queries related to gameplay or app installations.

Collect user feedback and escalate issues to the technical team where necessary.

Maintain daily call logs, user data, and detailed records in CRM software.

Meet daily or weekly calling and conversion targets.

Stay updated with new game features, industry trends, and platform updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate from any stream.

Fluent in English and Hindi (additional Indian languages are a plus).

Good verbal communication and phone etiquette.

Comfortable using a smartphone, basic CRM tools, and internet applications.

Interest in gaming or familiarity with trending online/mobile games.
Experience

Freshers are welcome—training will be provided.

Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or gaming-related support is a plus.
Working Hours

Part-Time / Full-Time options available

Flexible shifts (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening)

Minimum commitment: 4–6 hours per day

6-day work week (Rotational off)
