Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is actively hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals for Telecalling roles that can be performed completely from home.   • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or any regional language.

  • Basic understanding of telecalling or customer engagement.

  • Comfortable with using smartphones or basic calling tools.

  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.


Experience

  • No prior experience is required – Freshers are welcome.

  • Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer support is a plus but not mandatory.


Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours – You can choose to work 3 to 6 hours per day based on your availability.

  • Both morning and evening shifts are available.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Self-disciplined with time management and goal-oriented behavior.

  • Confidence and a positive attitude towards telephonic interactions.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different types of customers.

  • Familiarity with mobile apps or online tools for basic reporting (Google Sheets, etc.) is helpful.
