Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • High level of organizational ability with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or coordination role is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).
  • Flexibility for occasional adjustments based on project deadlines.
