Order Management Analyst – Night Shift/Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date records in the order management system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze order patterns and trends to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Assist in developing and implementing best practices for order management processes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and returns in a timely manner.
  • Generate reports on order metrics and provide insights to management as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in order management, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Night shift, with hours from 8 PM to 5 AM (local time).
  • Flexibility to adjust hours as needed to accommodate business requirements.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act decisively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
