Job Summary:

HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Order Management Analyst to join our remote team for the night shift. In this role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of customer orders—from receipt to final delivery—ensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate incoming customer orders with accuracy and timeliness

  • Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, availability, and shipping

  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure end-to-end order fulfillment

  • Communicate order confirmations, delays, and updates to internal and external stakeholders

  • Identify order-related issues and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure data integrity within order management systems (OMS, ERP, CRM, etc.)

  • Prepare daily/weekly order reports and provide data-driven insights to management

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, returns, and delivery issues during night hours


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English

  • Familiarity with ERP/Order Management tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, NetSuite)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

  • Strong customer service orientation with a sense of urgency


Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in order management, logistics coordination, or operations support

  • Experience in a B2B or eCommerce environment is an advantage

  • Prior remote work or night shift experience is preferred but not mandatory


Working Hours:

  • Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

  • Must be comfortable working in a remote environment with flexible collaboration hours as needed


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Understanding of supply chain and fulfillment processes

  • Familiarity with international shipping and order processing norms is a plus

  • Strong analytical mindset and process-oriented thinking

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
