Key Responsibilities:

- Document interactions and technical issues in the companys CRM system with clear and precise details.

- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to stay current with new technologies and service practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Working Hours:
- This position requires working overnight shifts, typically from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts or weekends as needed.
