Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for part-time and full-time in-store sales associate roles, specifically designed for students looking to earn while they learn. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences by providing top-notch service, maintaining shop presentation, and assisting with retail sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.

  • Guide shoppers through product selections and promotions.

  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the sales floor and displays.

  • Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and provide accurate billing.

  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to inform customers.

  • Resolve customer queries with a positive and helpful attitude.

  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to meet store goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in school, college, or university (proof may be required).

  • Basic communication skills in English and/or local language.

  • Friendly, confident, and customer-service oriented.

  • Basic math skills for handling money and inventory.

  • A willingness to learn retail systems and sales procedures.

  • Physically able to stand for long hours and carry light stock items.

Experience

  • Not mandatory. Freshers and students without previous work experience are welcome to apply.

  • Any previous part-time or customer service experience will be a plus.

Working Hours

  • Part-Time: 4 to 5 hours/day (flexible shift options: morning, afternoon, or evening)

  • Full-Time: 8 hours/day (may include weekends and public holidays based on store needs)

  • Schedules are student-friendly and can be adjusted based on exam periods or academic needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of basic retail or customer service principles (training will be provided).

  • Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
