  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports.
  • Prepare tax filings and assist with audits as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners regarding financial matters.
  • Implement and maintain bookkeeping procedures and systems for efficiency.
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

Working Hours
