- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management position is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- This is a part-time position requiring flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
