Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain proper documentation of interactions in the CRM system.

  • Adhere to Flipkart’s policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.

  • Meet individual performance metrics such as response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction score.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+2 pass; diploma/graduate students or freshers preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi (regional language skills are a plus).

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems or web tools.

  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • A calm and empathetic approach to handling customer issues.

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Experience:

  • No prior experience required – suitable for freshers.

  • Previous experience in a BPO, call center, or customer support role will be an advantage.


Working Hours:

  • Part-Time Shift Options Available:

    • 4 to 6 hours/day

    • Morning, afternoon, or evening shifts
