Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Content Management Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time/freelance basis. This role is ideal for professionals and freelancers who are passionate about digital marketing, brand storytelling, and content strategy. You will play a crucial role in increasing our online presence, generating quality leads, and delivering engaging content across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote services across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, paid ads, etc.)

Create, manage, and optimize content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns

Manage SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic reach and search rankings

Coordinate with internal teams and freelancers (designers, writers, etc.) to ensure consistent brand messaging

Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Suggest and implement innovative marketing techniques to boost engagement and conversions
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Proven experience in digital marketing and content management (minimum 1 year)

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, or Adobe Suite

Strong copywriting and editorial skills with attention to detail

Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization

Knowledge of social media algorithms and performance metrics

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
Experience

1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or content writing

Experience with both B2B and B2C campaigns is a plus

Freelance or agency background preferred, but not mandatory
Working Hours

Flexible hours (10–20 hours per week)
