Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Online Faculty member to join our team, specializing in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI). Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and informative online lectures in the BFSI domain.
- Develop and update course materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Provide timely feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate practical insights into course content.
- Collaborate with academic staff to improve course delivery and student outcomes.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to program development initiatives.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive online learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Masters degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or training within the BFSI sector.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, financial instruments, and insurance principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to utilize digital tools and platforms for effective online teaching.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for mentoring and developing students potential.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance sectors.
- Prior experience in online education or training is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
Working Hours
- This is a part-time position, with flexible working hours.
- Classes will be scheduled primarily in the evenings or weekends, accommodating the needs of students.
