American Express is seeking a dedicated and proactive Part-Time Remote Virtual Assistant to support our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence to facilitate communication and decision-making.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring that all information is current and organized.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives and contribute to team goals.
- Perform general office duties as required, including data entry, document management, and filing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
- Experience working in a customer service-oriented environment is a plus.

Working Hours
- This position is part-time, requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week.
- Flexibility to work during standard business hours with the potential for some evening or weekend hours as needed.
