Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiations.
  • Maintain an organized database of candidates and track the hiring process.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and clients.
  • Build strong relationships with potential candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field (HR-related preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
