Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Virtual Recruiter to join our remote team. As a Virtual Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various job roles. Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiations.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and track the hiring process.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and clients.
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any field (HR-related preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Freshers with a passion for HR and talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in virtual or remote work is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible part-time hours (20-25 hours per week).
