Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos for various projects, including promotional materials, social media, and events.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos using industry-standard software, ensuring the final products meet the highest standards of quality.
• Manage all aspects of production, including pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production editing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve the quality of work.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the digital asset library.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for upcoming projects.
• Occasionally travel to locations for shoots, ensuring all logistical aspects are well coordinated.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.
• Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, lighting techniques, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in photography and videography, preferably in a corporate or marketing setting.
• Experience in producing content for social media and digital marketing campaigns is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Flexibility in hours may be required based on project demands, including occasional evenings or weekends.
