Job Summary
Home Depot is seeking a dedicated and motivated Pro Account Sales Associate who is fluent in French to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our professional customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth within the Pro Account segment. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Pro Account customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Home Depots product offerings, including tools, building materials, and home improvement solutions, to effectively advise customers.
- Quote Generation: Prepare and present accurate quotes and proposals to customers, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for enhancing customer service and product sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and French is required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Sales Acumen: Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Customer Service Focus: Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in retail or home improvement sectors.
- Previous experience working with Pro Account customers or B2B sales is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends to accommodate customer needs.
