Key Responsibilities:

Prepare equipment at the start of each production lot.

Verify incoming components against the Order Number for accuracy.

Set up and operate machinery throughout the shift.

Regularly monitor and record machine parameters such as speed, water pressure, temperature, and belt speed in compliance with SOPs and cGMPs.

Clean and clear equipment and work areas at the beginning and end of each production run.

Ensure consistent quality of machine output by:

Reporting any manufacturing or component defects (e.g., defective glassware) to the Process Supervisor or designated personnel.

Notifying supervisors of any process deviations.

Complete all required batch records and logbook entries accurately.
-
Train team members on equipment operation as needed.
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area throughout the shift.

Work overtime when necessary to meet business demands.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as complete required documentation.

Mathematical Skills: Competent in basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, or diagrammed instructions. Capable of troubleshooting problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.

Physical Demands: Must be on feet 100% of the workday. Regularly lift 5-40 lbs and frequently bend, twist, push, pull, and lift.

Work Environment: Typically moderate to loud noise levels, with hearing protection required in some areas. Work areas may be warm and humid at times.
