Your Role
As the Global Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our carbon and plastic credit services. You will play a pivotal role in shaping scalable, credible, and innovative solutions, supporting both commercial growth and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
- Define and execute the global product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for carbon and plastic credit services.
- Develop service guidelines, tools, and technical resources to ensure consistent and scalable delivery.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for innovation and market expansion, including digital solutions.
- Provide technical expertise, training, and pre-sales support to regional teams and clients.
- Collaborate with certification and verification bodies to ensure service quality and operational alignment.
- Drive commercial enablement by developing pricing strategies and go-to-market plans in partnership with sales teams.
- Represent TÜV SÜD in regulatory and industry forums to enhance credibility and visibility.
Your Qualifications
- Masters degree or PhD in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
- 8–10+ years of relevant experience in carbon or sustainability certification services, with a strong track record in international business growth and stakeholder management.
- Deep expertise in carbon markets, voluntary markets, plastic credit systems, and international standards, combined with technical knowledge and commercial insight.
- Proven experience managing global service portfolios in a matrix organization, demonstrating commercial acumen and the ability to scale solutions internationally.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a hands-on approach, able to translate technical expertise into commercially viable solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels across technical and commercial teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
