Netflix is seeking a Product Manager, Mobile Personalization to lead strategy and execution for vertical video, algorithmic discovery, and generative AI-driven personalization on our mobile app. This role focuses on transforming how members discover and engage with content on mobile—excluding search—by crafting experiences that are highly personalized, visually dynamic, and powered by the latest advances in machine learning and generative AI.

You will be responsible for understanding member behaviors and values, identifying new opportunities in mobile discovery, and shaping the next evolution of our personalization strategy. Your work will directly influence the mobile experience for hundreds of millions of Netflix members around the globe.

What You will Do:

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for mobile personalization, with a focus on vertical video and AI/algorithmic discovery (excluding search).

  • Partner cross-functionally with world-class teams including engineering, design, data science, ML, and consumer insights to drive product execution.

  • Leverage consumer insights and industry trends to shape innovative mobile-first features that captivate and engage users.

  • Lead and inspire teams across disciplines to bring your product vision to life.

  • Act as a thought leader in mobile personalization, helping to evolve how Netflix delivers personalized content on the go.

Who You Are:

  • A strategic, consumer-focused product leader with 8+ years of experience in product management—preferably in personalization, algorithms, or GenAI-powered consumer experiences.

  • Adept at translating complex technical ideas into clear product strategy and user value.

  • Comfortable working hands-on with engineers and ML teams, with a strong understanding of data, systems, and AI technologies.

  • Proven success in building and scaling mobile products in complex, cross-functional environments.

  • Deeply collaborative and comfortable leading without authority across design, content, marketing, and engineering teams.

  • Skilled in driving vision, roadmap, and prioritization in alignment with broader platform goals.

  • A clear, persuasive communicator who can tailor messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Naturally curious and driven by continuous learning, with a passion for improving the product and the member experience.

  • Passionate about entertainment—TV, film, games, and evolving digital media culture.
