Job Summary
Amazon is seeking a driven, analytical, and customer-obsessed Product Manager to join our International Stores team. This role is pivotal in delivering innovative solutions for customers around the globe, driving the expansion and enhancement of our global e-commerce platforms. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, defining product vision, and working cross-functionally to build best-in-class features that support Amazons mission of being Earths most customer-centric company.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap for international markets by identifying customer needs and business opportunities.

Collaborate with engineering, UX design, data science, and business teams to build scalable and localized solutions.

Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to guide product development.

Write detailed product requirements and user stories that effectively communicate customer and business needs.

Manage product launches, including go-to-market strategy, stakeholder alignment, and success measurement.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Ensure all solutions meet legal, operational, and localization requirements in each international market.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in product management or related roles within a technology-driven company.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Experience

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in e-commerce, retail tech, or international markets.

Experience launching products or services across multiple geographies is highly preferred.

Familiarity with A/B testing, data analytics platforms, and Agile development practices is a plus.
Working Hours

Full-time (40 hours/week), flexible scheduling with core collaboration hours aligned with global teams.

Must be able to accommodate meetings across time zones when needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Deep understanding of customer journey, user experience, and product lifecycle management.

Knowledge of international market trends, localization, and regulatory considerations.

Proficient in product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and data tools such as SQL or Tableau.
