What You will Do
As a Product Manager for Intelligent VFX Tools, you will play a key role in shaping the future of visual effects technology. You will define and drive the product vision and strategy for advanced, AI-powered VFX toolsets—aligning with company goals, artist needs, and market trends.

Own the Product Vision: Define and communicate a clear roadmap for intelligent VFX tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Discover Opportunities: Conduct deep research into VFX pipelines to identify pain points and opportunities where cutting-edge computational techniques can streamline workflows and enhance creativity.

Translate Complexity: Turn technical innovations into actionable product requirements and user stories for engineering and research teams.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineers, researchers, artists, and stakeholders from ideation to launch—ensuring the product meets user needs and integrates seamlessly into creative workflows.

Manage the Full Product Lifecycle: From market research and competitive analysis to prioritization and go-to-market planning, you will lead the entire product development journey.

Drive Adoption: Promote new tools within the VFX community and support successful integration into existing production environments.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Serve as an internal expert on emerging AI/ML and computational technologies and their application in entertainment and content creation.
What You will Bring

Experience:
-
3+ years in product management with a track record of launching complex technical products, or

5+ years in VFX production technology or pipeline development in a technical support or product-adjacent role.

VFX Expertise: Deep understanding of the VFX production pipeline, workflows, and the unique creative and operational challenges faced by artists and studios.

AI/ML Familiarity: Proven experience working with AI/ML-driven products, especially those involving large datasets and complex problem spaces. Hands-on experience in AI/ML productization is a strong plus.

Platform Product Skills: A solid background in platform or infrastructure product management, with a focus on building scalable, extensible toolsets.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you can bridge the gap between technical teams and creative professionals with clarity and empathy.

Self-Starter Mindset: Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal oversight.
