Job Summary
Amazon Business is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our B2B product offerings. This role will be pivotal in driving awareness, engagement, and sales growth within the business market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product marketing, a passion for innovation, and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling marketing strategies that resonate with our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Amazon Businesss objectives, enhancing our product positioning and market reach.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends, utilizing insights to inform product development and marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution across all customer touchpoints.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary based on performance data.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including sales collateral, case studies, white papers, and digital content, ensuring they effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to gather feedback and enhance product offerings based on market needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with experience in managing campaigns across various channels.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and B2B marketing practices is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, with flexibility to meet project deadlines and business needs. Occasional travel may be required.
