Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking an innovative and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for our Platform & AI products. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for Platform & AI offerings.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in AI.
- Collaborate with product management to define product positioning and messaging that differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with sales teams to support their efforts with targeted marketing initiatives and tools.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in technology or AI sectors.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data to inform decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Experience
- Experience in launching AI-based products or solutions is highly desirable.
- Background in digital marketing and proficiency with marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with content marketing, social media strategy, and SEO best practices.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position, with standard working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required based on project needs and deadlines.
