Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor and production tasks in a manufacturing setting
- Accurately follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Assist in day-to-day production activities, including material handling and assembly
- Operate basic tools and machinery safely and effectively (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable with manual labor and standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Basic math skills for measurements and simple calculations
- Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
- Prior experience with SOPs or manufacturing processes is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
