Job Summary:
Fresher Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator & Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, as well as handling data entry tasks with precision and efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Data Entry:
- Input and manage data across various systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update databases and records as needed.
- Review data for errors and inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
- Generate reports and data summaries as required by the project or department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination and data entry roles.
- Proven track record of managing projects and maintaining high-quality data.
- Experience with project management tools and data management systems is preferred.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
