Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various databases and software platforms, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Documentation Management: Organize and maintain project documentation, reports, and records, ensuring accessibility and compliance with company standards.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Quality Assurance: Review data for accuracy and completeness, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on project status, data metrics, and performance indicators for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Time management skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in data entry and database management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on project demands.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in data management and reporting tools.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
