Project Coordinator & Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator & Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects while ensuring accurate and timely data entry. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills who can work collaboratively across teams to support project goals and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Collect, input, and maintain data in our systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the development of project documentation, including proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management review.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, data entry, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project) is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility in hours may be required based on project needs.
