Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of recycling projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and environmental standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate project viability and potential impacts.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design systems and processes that enhance recycling efficiency and material recovery.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and local communities, to communicate project objectives and gather feedback.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in recycling operations.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and safety standards throughout project implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred, or the ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
- Proven experience in project management within the recycling or waste management sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or management, with a focus on recycling or environmental projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours
