Key Responsibilities

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders.

  • Educates partners on program requirements, documentation, and expectations.

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to assess costs, establish ROI, and secure resource approvals.

  • Creates and executes communication plans defining update frequency, level of detail, and distribution.

  • Minimizes the impact of project changes and ensures clear communication throughout transitions.

Project Execution

  • Leads multiple medium-scale projects or workstreams, aligning scope, schedule, and quality goals.

  • Develops and communicates project plans, schedules, and deliverables to teams and stakeholders.

  • Monitors project budgets, identifies risks, and recommends corrective actions as needed.

  • Ensures adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.

Operational Excellence

  • Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and initiatives to support customer and business needs.

  • Builds accountability by setting clear goals, tracking performance, and measuring progress.

  • Identifies improvement opportunities and fosters adaptability, learning, and continuous improvement.

  • Provides supervision, coaching, and development opportunities for associates.
