Responsibilities:

Lead the evaluation and onboarding of stablecoin projects, including project screening, business due diligence, and exchange listing proposals. Oversee deal terms and manage the end-to-end listing process.

Coordinate with internal teams—including Treasury, Clearing, Tech, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing—to ensure adequate project support and resource allocation. Plan and manage promotional campaigns and budget allocations.

Monitor day-to-day operations of stablecoin issuers, including reserve management and minting/burning processes. Collect community feedback, guide operational improvements, and mitigate risks such as de-pegging or insolvency to protect exchange users.

Collaborate with product and technology teams to align stablecoin services (products, APIs, infrastructure) with market needs. Drive innovation and product enhancements, including integrating new payment networks and forging strategic partnerships.

Stay abreast of global regulatory requirements and work with regulators to ensure compliance with local laws. Ensure exchange listings, promotions, and campaigns adhere to jurisdictional regulations.
Requirements:

Strong understanding of stablecoins and blockchain fundamentals, with at least 2 years of experience in the blockchain industry, irrespective of specific job background or academic qualifications.

Proven experience managing and coordinating large-scale projects (e.g., payments, banking integrations, institutional partnerships, marketing campaigns) and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams (product, tech, compliance, etc.) to resolve issues efficiently.

Demonstrated ownership and accountability with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Commitment to long-term contribution in the role, with a focus on achieving meaningful impact rather than short-term position changes.

Fluent in English for communication with overseas partners and stakeholders; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
