Job Summary
At Fresher Job, we are seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and automation testing. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing processes. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify, record, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct regression testing to confirm that new features and bug fixes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Prepare and present test reports and metrics to stakeholders to demonstrate software quality and project status.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automation testing.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours. Core hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the option to adjust for better work-life balance.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex systems and identify potential issues.
- Proficient in using testing tools and frameworks for efficient test execution and reporting.
