What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Commercial team, you’ll gain real-world experience on projects that shape the built environment. With support from mentors and colleagues, you’ll gradually take on responsibilities such as:

Contract Management – Assist in negotiating and drafting contract terms and subcontracts.

Financial Oversight – Help track project costs, manage budgets, and support financial reporting.

Procurement – Work with suppliers and subcontractors to source and agree responsibilities.

Payments & Reporting – Prepare payment certificates, monitor client payments, and maintain accurate records.

Health, Safety & Environment – Learn how we maintain safe, sustainable, and compliant worksites.

Professional Development – Build communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills through structured training and real project work.
What We’re Looking For

Education: 80+ UCAS points and 5 GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) including Maths, English & Science

Licence: Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
