Remote Assistance Specialist – Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and effective assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing step-by-step solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues in our support system.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and enhance service quality.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to processes and systems.
• Deliver training and resources to clients to enhance their understanding of our products and services.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using support software and tools, as well as standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
• Familiarity with technical support principles and practices is a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is highly preferred.
• Experience in remote work settings and familiarity with remote collaboration tools is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Night shift: 10 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend shifts as needed.
