- Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.

- Experience with Agile methodology and project management is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analysis or related role.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and delivering results within deadlines.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment is preferred.
