Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and general questions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using our CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve overall service quality.

  • Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while maintaining flexibility to think independently when needed.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.

  • Proficiency in using basic computer software and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently.

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a virtual team.


Experience

  • No prior call center experience is required – freshers are welcome to apply!

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or any communication-based role is a plus.

  • Training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available: Full-Time (8-hour shifts) or Part-Time (4–6-hour shifts).

  • Must be available to work some weekends and holidays depending on shift requirements.

  • Multiple time zones are supported to accommodate different schedules.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask under pressure.

  • Willingness to adapt to changes in procedures, technologies, and work environment.

  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Basic understanding of customer support principles and call handling etiquette.
