Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Experience Agents to join our global support team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients across international markets, primarily supporting US and UK customers. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every interaction reflects TCS’s commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

This is a work-from-home position, ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong sense of accountability. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications via phone, email, and chat for global clients in the US/UK regions.

  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and account-related inquiries.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical or service-related issues while maintaining high levels of professionalism.

  • Document all interactions in CRM tools and ensure proper follow-up for unresolved queries.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.

  • Adhere to TCS service standards, confidentiality guidelines, and quality assurance processes.

  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about new tools, systems, and procedures.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).

  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to handle international clients.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and MS Office tools.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and communication.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on solution delivery.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace setup.


Experience:

  • 0–3 years of experience in customer support, service delivery, or help desk roles.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in BPO, ITES, or global support operations will be an added advantage.


Working Hours:

  • Remote, full-time position aligned with US and UK business hours.

  • Rotational shifts may apply (including weekends or holidays based on client needs).

  • Approximate shift timings:

    • US Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

    • UK Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
