Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote E-commerce Specialist to join our expanding team in Indonesia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our online presence and driving sales through various e-commerce platforms. As a specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that elevate customer engagement, optimize product listings, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce Strategy Development: Design and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase sales and market share in the Indonesian market.
- Product Management: Oversee product listings, ensuring they are optimized for search engines and appealing to customers, including managing inventory levels and pricing strategies.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, utilizing SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to drive traffic and conversions.
- Customer Engagement: Enhance customer experience by developing loyalty programs and implementing feedback mechanisms to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Conduct research on competitors and market trends to inform product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, customer service, and IT teams to streamline processes and improve the overall e-commerce experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ads).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated success in managing online sales channels and campaigns.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours to accommodate the remote nature of the position.
