Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for engaging storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track community engagement and performance.

Experience
- Previous experience in community management, social media, or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Working Hours
- This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available to collaborate with the team during standard business hours (9 AM to 5 PM) in their respective time zones.
