Fresher Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and talented Remote Full Stack Developer (MERN/MEAN Stack) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stack.

  • Build scalable, responsive, and efficient front-end interfaces that deliver a seamless user experience.

  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services or APIs as required.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure project success.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, security, and scalability.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

  • Hands-on experience with React.js/Angular, Node.js, and Express.js frameworks.

  • Experience working with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.

  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git/GitHub.

  • Understanding of RESTful API architecture and integration.

  • Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.

  • Good understanding of deployment using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.

Experience:

  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in full-stack development are welcome to apply.

  • Internship or project experience in MERN/MEAN stack development will be an added advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible working hours with a focus on productivity and deadlines.

  • Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST).

  • Remote work with occasional virtual meetings and team sync-ups.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies.

  • Strong debugging and analytical skills.

  • Ability to adapt to new tools, frameworks, and programming paradigms quickly.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned projects.
