Fresher Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI-Powered Photo Retouching Specialist to join our remote creative team in the United States. This full-time role is ideal for a professional who combines traditional photo editing expertise with modern AI-based retouching tools to deliver visually stunning, high-quality imagery. You will work closely with photographers, designers, and marketing professionals to enhance images efficiently and consistently while maintaining artistic integrity.
The ideal candidate has an exceptional eye for detail, deep understanding of color correction, and proficiency in AI photo-editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and emerging AI-based tools (e.g., Firefly, Topaz, Luminar Neo, etc.). If you are passionate about transforming raw photos into compelling visuals using cutting-edge technology, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Utilize AI-based and traditional photo editing tools to retouch, enhance, and manipulate images for digital and print media.

Apply advanced image correction techniques such as color grading, exposure balancing, blemish removal, and background refinement.

Work collaboratively with the creative and marketing teams to ensure images align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Optimize and batch-process large image sets while maintaining quality and consistency.

Implement AI workflows to speed up repetitive editing processes without compromising accuracy.

Maintain a digital asset library and ensure proper file naming and storage standards.

Stay updated with emerging AI photo editing technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity and creativity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

3+ years of experience in professional photo editing, retouching, or image manipulation.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and AI-powered editing tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Topaz Labs, Luminar Neo, or similar).

Strong understanding of lighting, composition, color theory, and photo aesthetics.

Experience working with high-resolution images for e-commerce, advertising, or editorial use.

Ability to handle tight deadlines and deliver polished results consistently.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in photo retouching or digital image editing.

Working Hours:

Full-Time Remote Role (USA Only)

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible based on project needs and time zone).
