Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of training and development programs.
  • Provide support in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
  • Assist in the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or related field.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours, with a requirement to be available for core team meetings during standard business hours (GMT +7).
