Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and propose actionable strategies and solutions for process optimization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implementation: Lead the implementation of process improvements, working closely with IT teams and other departments to ensure smooth integration and adoption.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and continuously refine processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to process improvements, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and training materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in IT systems, tools, and methodologies, with a strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT process management.

Experience

Working Hours
