Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Process Analysis: Evaluate existing IT processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Strategy Development: Design and propose actionable strategies and solutions for process optimization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Implementation: Lead the implementation of process improvements, working closely with IT teams and other departments to ensure smooth integration and adoption.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and continuously refine processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to process improvements, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users to facilitate the adoption of new processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are highly desirable.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in IT systems, tools, and methodologies, with a strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT process management.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and design effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT process improvement, consulting, or a similar role within diverse sectors.

Working Hours
