• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on process improvements and best practices.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor process performance and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status and outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process improvement, preferably in an IT setting.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile methodologies, or other relevant frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in process mapping tools and software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT process improvement or a related role.
• Experience in conducting process audits and assessments.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Working Hours

• This is a full-time remote position, with flexible working hours. Availability for team meetings and collaboration is expected during core business hours (10 AM to 6 PM IST).
