HR Service Jobs is actively hiring a highly analytical and solutions-driven Remote IT Process Improvement Consultant to optimize and enhance our clients’ IT service delivery models. Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and analyze existing IT systems, processes, and workflows to identify gaps, redundancies, and performance bottlenecks

Design and implement scalable and measurable IT process improvements, ensuring alignment with industry standards such as ITIL, ISO, and Agile

Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business objectives and user pain points

Create documentation including process maps, improvement plans, and business cases for proposed changes

Monitor and track KPIs post-implementation to measure the effectiveness of improvements

Provide strategic recommendations on technology adoption, automation tools, and digital transformation initiatives

Facilitate training sessions and knowledge-sharing for team members on updated processes and tools

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, frameworks, and compliance regulations affecting IT service delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM), system architecture, and process optimization frameworks

Proficient in tools like MS Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platforms

Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and DevOps

Excellent documentation, report writing, and presentation skills

Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience:

3–6 years of experience in IT consulting, systems analysis, process improvement, or a similar technical role

Prior experience working remotely and independently in a consulting environment preferred

Certifications such as ITIL, Six Sigma, PMP, or Lean will be a strong advantage
