Key Responsibilities

- Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting processes to resolve their technical problems.
- Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
- Monitor system performance and ensure system security by adhering to best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a technical support or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Experience in a remote work environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Availability to work in shifts is required to support our clients effectively across different time zones.
