Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Zoom and Slack.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or virtual assistance roles.

  • Familiarity with financial services or corporate environments is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours, with the expectation to maintain availability during core business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST).
