Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent listening and typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
• Familiarity with transcription software and tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in medical transcription or as a medical scribe is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Certification in medical transcription or related fields is an advantage.
