Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Remote Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on the Indonesian market. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for various positions within our organization. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies and local market knowledge to drive the hiring process and contribute to our growth and success in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for interview.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, fostering a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote Fresher Jobs and attract potential candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the Indonesian market.
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS and sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote or flexible work environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing high-volume recruitment efforts.
Working Hours
- This is a remote position with flexible working hours, allowing you to adapt your schedule to accommodate candidates in different time zones.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment strategy and improve processes.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
