We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our patient care coordination team in a fully remote capacity. Qualifications

  • Active Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification (AAMA, AMT, or equivalent).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patient communication and care coordination.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and referrals.

  • Review patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

  • Provide support to clinical staff by preparing documentation, updating charts, and triaging non-emergency patient inquiries.

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold all HIPAA standards.

  • Support ongoing quality-improvement efforts within the care coordination team.
