Key Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they meet ideal customer profile and engagement criteria.

Schedule appointments and demos for Account Executives and senior sales leaders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with ongoing campaigns and product launches.

Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and competitive positioning within the tech industry.

Nurture relationships with potential clients by delivering personalized communication and following up consistently.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly performance metrics, including lead generation, outreach volume, and pipeline creation.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development, preferably within the B2B technology sector.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote or hybrid environment.

Strong understanding of sales processes, prospecting strategies, and CRM tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.

High level of motivation, energy, and resilience when engaging with potential customers.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with SaaS, cloud solutions, or software products is a strong advantage.
Experience:

1 to 3 years of professional experience in sales development or lead generation roles.

Prior experience in tech-based or SaaS environments preferred.

Exposure to working with U.S.-based B2B clients or enterprise-level organizations is an advantage.
Working Hours:

Full-Time, Remote (USA Only)

Monday to Friday, aligned with U.S. business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time).
